A science and technology plan project of Wenzhou pump and valve Research Institute successfully passed the acceptance

on September 9, 2013, Wenzhou science and Technology Bureau organized and held the acceptance meeting of the Municipal Science and technology plan project "nonlinear vibration stability analysis and product structure optimization of spiral groove dry gas seals when the load can no longer rise" undertaken by Professor Ding Xuexing of Wenzhou pump and valve Engineering Research Institute of Lanzhou University of technology

on September 9, 2013, Wenzhou science and Technology Bureau organized the acceptance meeting of the Municipal Science and technology plan project "nonlinear vibration stability analysis and product structure optimization of spiral groove dry gas seals" undertaken by Professor Ding Xuexing of Wenzhou pump and valve Engineering Research Institute of Lanzhou University of technology. Su Guanwang, sales engineer of the 3D printing division of Wenzhou Industrial Design Institute, said that five experts, including Jin Jianxin, a professor level senior engineer, and Lin Mei, a senior engineer of Zhejiang pump and valve product quality inspection center, formed an acceptance team

At the acceptance meeting, Professor Ding Xuexing introduced the project content, parameter optimization, product optimization design, product development and experiment to five experts. The expert group listened to the project work summary and other reports, reviewed the relevant technical data, inspected the prototype, automatically carried out the experimental operation and control according to the compiled program, and inquired in detail. It was agreed that the "nonlinear vibration stability analysis and product structure optimization of spiral groove dry gas seal" was of practical significance to improve the performance and application of this kind of compressor and pump. The inspected items meet the requirements of the implementation details of the production license of mechanical seal products, although the dosage of engineering plastics and composite materials is not specified therein, and the technical conditions for dry gas sealing, and the users are in good use.
